Signature Consultants Scheduling Software
A school project built in Windows Forms using MYSQL and C# to create a scheduling app for the fictional consulting company Signature Consultants. The app includes a login screen, a search functionality, and the ability to add and remove appointments.

This is my first project using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It started as a project for a course I was taking on linkedin taught by Christina Troung. When the course was over I rebuilt it to be more my style.

Provided end user and escalation support. Drove change to improve Service Desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assisted with sofware testing
- Set up a Board in ADO to track the teams work, trained others on how to use it
- Wrote and edited hundreds of knowledge articles
- Developed a system for managing knowledge maintenance and trained another team on the system
- Wrote and delivered hardware troubleshooting training
- Provided technical support over the phone
- Used ServiceNow to create reports, make dashboards and work tickets
- Provided level 2 support to the service desk

Worked on a team to deploy new computers throughout St. Luke's hospital in preparation for their Epic deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Provided end user support
- Installed networked printers
- Worked and resolved tickets using Service Now
- Deployed machines and installed sofware
- Assisted users to transfer data to new computers
- Participated in the Epic technical dress rehearsal
